After submitting this form, you will receive a questionnaire about who will be at the session and what a typical day looks like for your family. Winners must be willing to sign a model release for use in my portfolio and marketing. Winner must be available for a Day-in-the-Life session sometime in before August 30, 2020. Winning family will be announced on March 30, 2020. Entries must be submitted by March 25, 2020.
